VOTER REGISTRATION

For your convenience, the Voter Registration Application Form is provided in Adobe Acrobat format, which requires you to have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system for viewing. This form is NOT interactive so you will need to print it, fill in the necessary information, sign, and mail the completed application to the following address: ELECTION DEPARTMENT, EL PASO COUNTY CLERK & RECORDER, PO BOX 2007, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, 80901-2007. Please note that the form must contain an original signature for the registration to be valid.

DO NOT USE THIS FORM FOR VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVES!

All persons conducting a Voter Registration Drive shall use only the Voter Registration Application form approved by the Secretary of State, which will include a tear off receipt. NO OTHER VOTER REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORM MAY BE USED BY A VOTER REGISTRATION DRIVE. For further information, please call (719) 575-VOTE (8683).
